@VerizonSupport I do not have service. Been on hold for 30 minutes & still terminal hold. Chat line is giving me an automated response, "all chat reps are busy" now going on 45 minutes. Also recvd message service will be restored TOMORROW by 7:15 a.m., this is UNSAT,

@verizonfios tv service has been patchy 4 a number of channels in the DC area, including during CL football since 3pm. No improvement in the past six hours. No emails about the patchy service, and it’s not possible to get anyone on the phone 4 an explanation. Not a good strategy.

@VerizonSupport We called at 3:00 EST. We have never had such a terrible experience with any other company... just trying to get help - and Verizon hung up on us twice. Our Verizon experience was just so frustrating.

@DJBigMikeDMV One difference seems to be that at Verizon you cant come to a standstill in a full traffic lane. This isn’t the bar’s fault but the related traffic is literally taking over a whole lane- seems like there should be a reasonable solution

@Lkatzenberg So the iPads come loaded w data from Verizon (I did most of my MH appointments by iPad when I lived in upstate NY, and still do w VA Albany so i can keep my provider since in moved). Not sure how they manage in areas with no broadband or cell service like near @stacieskelley

@verizonfios @VerizonSupport Looks like FIOS went down about 5-10 min ago. Both hardwire and wifi down; restarting router has no effect. Seeing others nearby are also having outages.

@Papirossen1 @Verizon That’s a really good question. My understanding is that it would help protect you from Verizon but not the websites you go to, and only if you’re using Safari. It seems to be a relatively complex proxy designed to prevent the proxy itself from gathering info. I could be wrong.

@akuma_nite @super_OW Tbh that might be an issue with router placement. But I had Comcast’s best plan and my ping would jump around when I was just one floor above the router. I have Verizon’s best plan and my ping is fine.

@VerizonSupport been on hold for 30Minutes after the representative I arranged a call back with immediately transferred and dropped my call—-all for issues that SHOULD have been resolved on YESTERDAY’S call, derived from an error on YOUR part. This is trash service.
