We have tried the following: clearing both browser and BlueHost cache, deactivating all plugins, deactivating/deleting/re-uploading theme, switching to a default theme, ensured WP URL and Site URL match, and deleting the site.
Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
Since your site is hosted at Bluehost, you should reach out to them for help with that critical error message (which usually indicates a problem with your installed version of WordPress, a plugin, or theme incompatibility). They have access to your sites files and are the best ones to help you sort this out.
I hope that clarifies things!
