I always knew that the nail techs here were kind of rude...but my last visit was somethin' else. The lady seemed like she was angry I was there and disturbing her down time. She rolled her eyes, jerked my hand around, and huffed/puffed when I didn't understand what her muttering and gestures meant (I don't think she speaks english, but there's no need to be rude when I don't get what your vague gestures mean). Don't think I'll be returning again.

I have been going to M & K Nails for many years now and I can't say enough good things about the service, people, and quality of work. I wouldn't go any place else. Best to make an appointment.

My friend & I made an appointment for the previous day on our lunch hour for pedicures. We walked in & the place was over crowded. We had no time & said we would have to come back. The following day we made an appointment on our lunch hour once again. Walked in & it was steady. We had to wait 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. My friend & I wanted the same color & I had told her I'd choose another color. Instead, she told me "just wait." She moved onto somebody else & I'm still here .. Late from lunch .. Not only that, she had no bedside manner & was extremely rough. I recommend KT Nails in Sullivan!

Although i would like to say that i thought that the lady was really nice to my daughter and her polish is actually still on, but besides that my experience was not satisfactory at all. I had gel polish on, they put my nails/fingers in acetone for probably 30 minutes. Then i asked originally for just color change which quickly turned into a full manicure, which i ended up with one pretty good sized gash in a finger, i also have several other small areas that are sores now and all my cuticles are sore. The polish itself is a nice color and was applied the way i am used to but i was not pleased that now 2 full days later my fingers are extremely sore.
