The Province of Camiguin is known to many as the home of the sweetest Lanzones in the Philippines. As a way to honor the bounty harvest of the Lanzones fruit, Lanzones Festival is celebrated annually every third week of October with a pack of activities. Locals and tourist from different places gather together to witness the most awaited vibrant event of the province.
As October is fast approaching, the Province of Camiguin is already on the road for preparation for the 39thLanzones Festival Celebration this October 20-28, 2018. Numerous activities have been prepared including trade fair, sport events, inter-agency dance showdown, live bands, parade and a lot more. The main events of the week-long celebration include the Lanzones Festival Street Dancing and Tableau Competition and the Miss Camiguin Tourism 2018.
