We’ve rented some incredible rustic mountain houses in the Whistler area. Whistler and ski resorts in general are an ideal locale for this type of style. If you live in a rugged area or have a large property, the mountain style works as well. What you don’t want to do is built this style in a suburb made up of contemporary homes; it would stick out and look odd.
Rustic mountain house plans offer you the chance to create the perfect nature getaway. Live in it permanently or use it when you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
What is a rustic mountain house plan?
A rustic mountain house plan has features that make it suitable for rural, mountainous areas. These homes might consist of wood and stone and feature an open floor plan with large windows. In some cases, one corner of the home will branch out past a cliff, or it might sit near a river or stream.
